Getting good shots
- Stand your iPhone about 1.5 m behind the ballOn your target line, so the ball, the line and your target are all in view.
- Let it lock onWalk to the phone spot setup shows you and keep still. It locks after about a second.
- Tee up on the ringA ring appears on the ground under the ball when it's found. Hit when it says Ready.
- Moved the phone? Set up againSetup only needs redoing if the phone moves. It takes about 30 seconds.
- A shot says "Not tracked"Pinsight couldn't follow the ball that time, so there are no numbers. The clip is kept on your iPhone.

Questions
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Tracking runs on your iPhone. You only need a connection to back up your sessions.
Do I need an account?
No. Sign in with Apple only if you want your sessions backed up or on another device.
How do I pair my iPad?
Open Pinsight on both. On the iPad, choose Display, pick your iPhone, and check the 4-digit code matches on both screens. They connect over your local network and reconnect by themselves next time.
Does Pinsight measure spin?
Not yet. From the camera, spin isn't accurate enough to show you, so Pinsight leaves it out. The flight it draws uses typical spin for your club.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Pinsight, tap the gear on Home to open Settings, then Delete account. That erases your account and everything backed up to it. Recordings on your iPhone stay until you delete them or the app. Read the privacy policy.
Can I help test Pinsight?
Testing is by invitation. If you'd like to help, email support@pinsight.golf with your iPhone model and how often you get to the range.
How do I cancel Pro?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See how billing works.
